Summer Vacation to Kosovo and Greece

Our restful 2 week vacation was the perfect end to a wonderful summer in DC. Pranvera and Adi had already been in Prishtina for 4 weeks prior to my arrival so the reunion was incredible. We had a great 5 days with friends and family at her home partaking in the local parks, machiatto, and home cooked meals. Not to mention the almost daily trips to the amusement park at the end of her street where Adrian's fascination with trains has almost become the core of his existence.

And a smooth 6 hour drive found us on the perfect beeches of Helkadiki Northern Greece where we rented a beachside 2 bedroom apartment for a week of sun, sand and satisfaction. We were blessed that Pranvera's mom could join us so we could do long swims in the water or an occasional date night and really enjoy vacation as one should. Adrian loved the water, playing with new friends on the beach and all their cool toys.

And one night we found ourselves out on the town in a beautiful Greek village on the cliffs above the ocean with the most perfect seafood and views all around.

And our apartment afforded us the best meal view we have had and all the comforts of home.

And a final meal out with the entire family before heading back to DC after our stay in Greece.
