As most of you have heard by now DC is in the midst of receiving is largest snowfall on record. I believe we are up to 2 feet and the winds and snow are still whirling around some 28 hours later. Only things on the road are snow plows or people walking about enjoying the absolute calm or a paralyzed city. Almost no stores are open and it is impossible to consider getting any cars off side streets to the main roads to potentially drive. We are well stocked with food, a gas fireplace, books and some videos. We are lovin it! Lets hope the Federal gov't stays closed on Monday;-)
