Aunt Stacey's Visit to Maputo

We were blessed to have my sister with us for over 2 weeks around this year's Thanksgiving. Literally the day before her arrival the living room furniture we had bought from S. Africa arrived so we might have something to sit on in our new house. It has been a full transition to move into and furnish an empty 4 bedroom place with a yard and all the inconveniences of poor maintenance and a poor landlord not willing to take care of the place.

But with Stacey's arrival we turned on the Moz charm and spent one weekend away up North in the lagoon resort area of Bilene (3 hours from Maputo). The following weekend we celebrated Thanksgiving in South African game park with my cousin Rand who came in from Uganda.

And in-between were the adventures and site-seeing of Maputo. Good times had by all.
